These terms govern your use of the Invaders Baseball website and facility. The service is provided by Invaders Academy LLC ("we", "us"), trading as Invaders Baseball, located at 1020 South Laurel Street, Springfield, GA 31329. When you create an account, book a session or buy from us, you are contracting with Invaders Academy LLC.

Acceptance

By using this website, creating an account or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

We rent batting cages (indoor and outdoor) by the half hour and offer related baseball training services. Bookings are for the time, cage and number of players you select.

Your account

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian create and manage the account and booking for you.
• Keep your information accurate and your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or facility. This includes:

• Using the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, including spam or fake bookings.
• Infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property.
• Interfering with the website's security — uploading malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping it.
• Ignoring posted facility rules, damaging equipment, or putting other players at risk.

Payments, billing and cancellations

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax and refund handling are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You pay the full amount when you book. Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are not refundable. See our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

We own the website, its software, content, and the Invaders name and logo. These terms do not give you any rights to them other than to use the service as intended.

Service availability

We work to keep the website and facility available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Weather, maintenance or safety may close outdoor or indoor cages.

Assumption of risk

Baseball and batting practice carry an inherent risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and must follow facility rules and wear required safety gear.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our rules.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Effingham County, Georgia.
